I really like the richness of the violet/ purple colour used in the background and it seems like there are layers and dimensions to it that's why I guess I like it so much. What inspired you to add the thumb print? Do you think if you used any other colour it would make a difference better or worse?

i took it through a window so there were some reflections too even though its quite dark and barely visible. bokehs to me are quite nostalgic and as this one had lots i thought i'd include a finger print too to make it seem like an old picture of a memory quietly fading away.
i actually did different edits for this one and couldnt decide so i had made a journal about it ages ago! ([link]) you can see other versions with different colours there.
